help with using Moto X (AT&T) on T Mobile

Okay, so I have a AT&T Moto X. I want to leave AT&T and head to T Mobile. I have a couple of questions>

1. How do I unlock it?

2. If I put T mobile SIM, how will I get updates?

3. Can the AT&T bloat be removed?

Should be unlocked I have a Verizon moto x and put a Att Sim in it and it works just fine only had h+ no LTE don't think you can get rid of the bloat cuz its an Att phone root it maybe
