I've had an issue with the Edge for a couple of months now and I've searched the internet and sent emails, to no avail.
I have video playback issues. After I play a video, the page is stuck there on the video. I have no option to leave the page and return to the website. Examples:
Facebook: I play a video, it's stuck there. I can scroll up and down to watch other videos on the particular page that I'm on, but cannot return to the regular FB page [unlike iphone, that has a 'done' option to tap on the screen].
IMDB: same as above, with trailers.
I swipe, nothing. I press the home button to get out, but when I return to the app - still stuck on the video.
I've updated the software/apps. I've tried clearing cache (nothing works).
I clear data, but have to log back into facebook each time or if I don't clear data, I have to restart the phone.
To say that I'm not a fan of this phone at this time is an understatement.
