HELP Xoom stuck on boot screen

I tried updating to ics and now my xoom 3g is stuck on the boot screen . I followed these instructions here on this site Root Motorla Xoom to Update with ICS 4.0.3 Firmware

SOMEBODY ANYBODY PLease give me some instructions out of this...thanks!!!
