I can't even get it to leave my drop screen

Have you tried rebooting the phone? I'd hate to suggest a factory reset, but it could be a possibility.

Okay so I just updated the phone, but these are uploads... So weird I did the hold down the down button with power reset... I'm not erasing my phone because of this shiz

I would suggest not using motocast. Many users have reported that it causes lag and issues with their phones.
