HELP

Hi can anyone help. I have a Samsung Galaxy note 2 phone and a galaxy tablet plus laptop. Until last week all my e mails were downloading on all 3 but since coming back from abroad my phone will not send e mails. I have deleted the account and set it up again but it wont recognise the outgoing server details even tho they are the same as the the tablet and laptop and now the e mails are downloadingto the phone but not staying in the inbox either. Can anyone help please

What kind of email account are we talking about? Exchange, pop, imap...
