Recently dropped my phone (only time dropping it without a case), cracked my entire screen :(. Wasn't as bad so I played it off, this morning I drop the base of my charger onto the screen and made it worse. How much would it cost me to repair or replace my phone?

Depends on a few things. Do you have insurance from your carrier or from the store you got it from?

Carrier. Ordered straight from T-Mobile website

If you have insurance why are you asking us? If you don't have insurance about 200 from htc. You have to ship it to them obviously. It takes a few weeks from what I've read maybe just 2. I cracked my screen the first month I had it. It's annoying but I live with it.

Dropped it first month too, wasn't as bad, but the base falling it onto my screen made it worse. I was just wondering how much I would have to pay because I didn't know the specifics

Yea Premium. Thanks. Makes it easier

Sure thing. Just take it back and they'll charge you the deductible, not sure if you get a replacement there or one shipped to you but that's what I was told was the price for mine as well

a premium insurance only deducts $25 from the total cost?

that can't be right. how much do you pay for insurance?

Since T-Mobile doesn't subsidize phones, you pay $600 for the phone instead of the $200 on other carriers. Or, if you want a "subsidized" price, you pay $149 down payment and make monthly payments of $20 until it's paid off. I believe premium insurance is now included with Jump! which costs $10 a month bit it covers everything, including a loss or theft
