My phone wont connect to Google servers.

Mobile Network Type: Disconnected

I think its because I haven't updated it to kit Kat? But I don't know how to update it...

Welcome to the forums. Do you have trouble connecting through your cell internet, or through wifi or both?

Hi, I've been having this problem for awhile now I still get a internet connection using both wifi and Data, but I don't get notifications anymore and I can't access the play store it says "No Connection"

Try resetting app preferences. Settings>Apps>menu>reset app preferences. This sometimes helps with Play or Google issues.

Thanks for the help but it just started working out of know where but now my wifi connection disconnects when I open up certain apps then recconnects 2 minutes later and I was woundering how do I upgrade to kit Kat? Cause I keep getting this annoying message in the notification bar it says update to 4.4 but when I try it opens up some teamwin thing?

The TeamWin in the other post is a custom recovery. That will block you from OTA updates. Did you root your phone prior to all this?

Can you reboot into recovery and clear the cache?

I can reboot into recovery but I don't know how to clear that cache?
