HELP!

I had my phone rooted, I went to back up my system to the original because I have to return the phone back to verizon, now I have no system at all, it stays at a white page that says fast boot, then bootloader, reboot, reboot bootloader and power down...It will not go past this screen. If I hold the down volume button and the power it takes me to the black screen, but will not allow me to back up to any date. Does anyone know how to fix this?!?!?!

In the white screen does it say s-off ? Btw that white screen is hboot
