I came to Androidcentral searching for an answer to a problem with a floating text icon I could not get rid of! I signed up just to thank that person who suggested going into Accesories and unchecking a box I had checked trying to set up a decent text to talk app. Unfortunately, I lost that great persons names fix in the process of signing up. They posted it June 2017. It worked for me, woo-hoo! Thanks!!! No more annoying floating text circle I cannot get rid of!!!
