aside from the screen i'd be very surprised if they sold parts of the htc one. the htc one has no parts that i know of - its just one unibody.

and even the screen is a nightmare to replace even by experts so i think you'll have to send it to htc for maintenance, OP.

Actually the repair places I've talked to say replacing the screen isn't a huge issue, though it is more difficult than on other devices.

I can't really tell from the picture, but it looks like the OP is looking for a speaker grill which isn't part of the "unibody".

I do most of my parts shopping at etradesupply, and they've always been pretty quality.

They've got a lot of parts listed for the HTC One as well, including the front top and bottom.

Replacing them might be tricky, however. Doesn't look like an easily user serviceable phone.
