Hi, I haven't been able to update my LG Optimus Q L55c straight

I have been needing to update y LG Optimus Q L55c phone for a while now. I'm still on 2.3.4. I have it set to automatically check for updates, & it always shows when one is available and when I click to download it it says to connect to a wi-fi network, I'll have wi-fi enabled & it says its downloading but never does. It shows that the next update is tomorrow on May 19. I would love to know how to do it right by then. I figure I also need a firmware update, and also want to update flash, it keeps telling me to & when I click on it & it sends me to the Google Play store to download adobe Flash 11, but it says it isn't compatible with my device. Can anyone help me! Please.;-)

Reboot that device and try again, twice. Did you get it? Hit the forums up, and welcome.

You need to check what the update is for. Your phone more than likely is updating, however, its not updating your operating system. Gingerbread (2.3.4) is probally all your phone will ever run on considering the tech is on the low end to begin with.
