Hi. My YouTube app doesn't work with full mobile data connection or wifi. I tried all these methods. I cleared cache and since it didn't help I cleared data and it didn't help too. I tried with force stop and restarted and then I disabled it and enabled it again. Still the problem is there. What can I do for this?

Hi. Yes it is only YouTube. I got a error message that there is a connection problem. Then only I tried those methods. And now it doesn't work at all. It keeps on loading for too long. And it does not work

Are you using a VPN? Was YouTube preinstalled on the phone, or did you have to install it yourself?

Yes I use vpn. But I won't connect to vpn when I use my YouTube app. Yes it was preinstalled

Just as a test, try uninstalling your VPN app and see if that makes a difference.
