Hi Suite failed back up

Trying to back up my Honor 8 to the pc as my Mate 10 Pro is arriving today and it'll back up to an SD card but won't back up to the pc?

Keeps saying insufficient storage but I've got 600gb free on the pc and 4gb free on the phone?

Any thoughts?!

I think it backs up to ur internal storage and then sends those files to the PC. Try clearing out some internal storage and running the backup. Best would be to download CCleaner and let it scan ur apps and report which apps have the most cache. Then go to settings and clear it out inside the storage option of the app.

Even I'm having the same problem... I did do the clear cache in the storage but still it prompts the insufficient storage in your device. Please help me out
