can anyone tell me how to tell if my phone is being tracked or how to make sure it cant be tracked

What kind of tracking are you talking about. Obviously, your cell provider always has information about your location. Not much you can do about that.

rite im thinkin somthin the wife mite put in to keep track or some third party would have access to that im not aware of im a lil phone iliterite and dumb sometimes
