Hi everyone hope you are all well!!

New here.

I just lost my photos n vids from my google photos app and have deleted them from android gallery app thinking they have been auto backed up. So cane here for some help.

If want u can check my out my thread i am about to open and help me out.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry to hear that you are in a predicament with your photos and videos! If you have deleted them from the Google Photos app, I am pretty sure that they may not be retrievable. However, look through your deleted folder in your photos app (if you have one) to see if any are still in there; and also go to your social media apps to see if any special photos/videos can be re-saved to your phone from those locations.

I have a PC. On my PC, when I go to Google.com and then click on "Google Apps" and then choose "Photos", all the photos I've ever taken are stored there and I can scroll through them and download any I want. Give that a try.

Wish I could offer some advice on your photos issue, but I don't use Google Photos. I suspect someone will be able to help!
