I'm looking for a good hibernation app with auto-hibernation capability.

I want to free up memory if this method will work. The device is slow with task killers or not anyway with my device.

Task killers can actually slow down a device, depending on what version of Android you have. Android like having RAM fullm unlike windows desktops.
