Android Central Question

So I have the Mate 10 Pro and use it to listen to music using various apps but I've noticed if you listen closely you hear all the high end is crackly and not as crisp as you would hope! I have tried Spotify - Deezer - YouTube and the built in music player and all have the same issue. If headphone are connected via the Usb C port it all sounds perfect! I'm an audio engineer and so it's driving me crazy lol!

Well, I have £250 Sennheiser bluetooth headphones, if I listen to music with Google play music it's brilliant. But I downloaded a few third party mp3 players from the play store. And most of them are unusable. I get the same as you a high hissing noise. With google play music it's fine. Don't know the problem, but you're not alone. So I stick with Google play music player.

Exact same problem. I cant get rid of it unless i play with bluetooth settings from developer options and they get reset everytime i reconnect my headphones. It drives me crazy to the point where i am considering using my old phone as a mp3 player.

Absolutely no issue on mine and I listen to Spotify and TuneIn Radio over Bluetooth to my work van stereo all day long and to my Plantronics BackBeat Fit Bluetooth headphones when running or at the gym.
