Hisense smart TV model 50k390PAD select device menu issue

I have a Hisense TV model number 50k390PAD. From last month it starts to pop up select device menu automatically without even me touching the remote. And it some time switch the device from AV to HDMI2 or any other randomly.

Please help me to solve this issue.
