Hisense TV

Hi,
I have a hisense tv which keeps on dimming and brightening the picture. I have tried turning off adaptive contrast in settings but it still does it.
Tv model No. 50A6100UE
Any idea how to stop this happening?

Does it have any Energy Saving settings that might affect brightness automatically?

Look through the settings to see if there's any kind of "Dynamic" option. That usually means it constantly adjusts the screen.

I dont see any energy saving mode or a dynamic mode.

Sorry, I couldn't find any information on that model on Hisense's support site. Are you certain that's the model number? Do you still have the manual for the TV (or did it not come with one)?

model: 50A6100UW
Dont see any other info.

I had the same problem but I fixed it by selecting restore current picture mode settings in the picture mode settings.

Turn ‘Off’ Backlight in the settings and restart your TV
