What is it? I thought it was covering a screw but there's a cut out for it on my case so I don't know. Is it a magnet for a dock?

In one of the threads in here it was mentioned to be a RF leak port (in more words than that) from an engineer of some sort. I don't know how valid that is, but its been said.

Yes, it is an external antenna port. Not sure for what radio? I took out the rubber plug with the point of a razor with no damage, it went right back in.

It's an external antenna port. You pull out the rubber cover using a stright pin. It is primarily for the 1x (voice) network. You'll find antennas to fit this jack in truck stops.
