Home button fubarred

Anyone have an alpha with a squishy home button? There is almost no travel in it anymore, but still works for now as well and the finger print scanner.

Worried the home button may become unusable in the near future.

I've tried cleaning with isopropal alcohol etc but no luck. Don't really feel like tearing this phone apart to replace a home button.

Nobody else have this issue.? Im in my second alpha now and this now does the same thing. No clicky home button anymore. It's pretty much just flush with the screen.
