Home computer select wrong current location

[Android Central Question]

The Accuweather window shows a current location as a city about 10 miles from my home. I cannot change or remove the current location location weather from the screen. How does Accuweather determine location when there is no GPS associated with my home computer, inside the house.

The weather program probably gets its data from where your ISP's closest server is located.
