Home replacement issues??

I've used launcher pro plus, adw ex, and go launcher on my TB all have been very buggy for me. I have absolutely zero reboots when using the stock sense ui, but when I install a home replacement I start getting about 4 random reboots a day. Anyone else having this issue? And is there anything I can do to help with this?

i've been using launcher pro, no reboots. are you running mr2?

See I don't know. And a lot of other people are as well. I just haven't had any luck with any of them.. how do I know if I'm running the mr2? I'm uprooted and just plain stock if that says anything.
