Home Screen Now Letter Boxed Top and Bottom

This has occurred overnight. Cant find a setting or changing wall paper help.
Any input??

Is the wallpaper letterboxed or the whole homescreen?

Did you recently connect it to your TV with an HDMI cable? When I connect my devices via HDMI, the screen on the device often resizes a bit to sync with the HDTV. I wouldn't be surprised if devices could glitch a bit after removing the HDMI cable. In any case, have you tried rebooting the tablet?
