Definitely , try the developer settings off also if by chance it doesn't but I think u should be good.

I liked how snappy it felt with that enabled, but I guess I can just turn off animations completely if I want. Doing it this way still left a tiny bit of an animation though, but we'll see. The redraw is annoying even if it only happens once a day, shouldn't be an issue with 8GB of RAM.

I know , I'm thinking both developer settings animations and in advance settings animations not playing well together also if you ever noticed recent app scrolling is big lag with animations on

I just saw that mentioned in another thread but I never had any lag in the recent apps. Weird, guess it's a pretty flaky setting.

Sti have the developer setting animation set at .5?

Nah, I turned then off completely. Now the slight issue i have is many apps open and have the refresh icon in the middle, almost like the app launches too fast and the rest of the data isn't there yet so it thinks you need to refresh. Maybe the animations have an actual role instead of just looks haha.

Just happened again. Also experiencing a hiccup most times I turn the screen on, like the lock screen takes a second to show the time. I'm thinking I need to friggin wipe this thing and start over after all.

I've never wiped a phone that I've continued to use, so now I'm worried about losing something. I'm going to back my pictures up and run through all the backups in the settings and take screenshots of how I have things set up, should I worry about anything else?

Also frozen apps. Forgot that.
