Just factory reset my lg and now everytime i press the home button i have to set which home screen i want as default

Go to your settings, scroll down to home screen, select home screen, should be the first option, make sure home is selected. That should make that pop up stop.

Tried that. Also when i clear all recent apps the same menu pops up constantly?

Think ive found that trustlook security app is causing the issue. Now to see if i can change some settings.
Couldnt see what settings were causing this so i uninstalled and the problems gone
