Home Time Zone Wrong on Lock Screen Dual Lock

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Lollipop. When I travel, my Lock Screen shows the time of my local/current time zone and also the time of my Home time zone. The home time is always wrong - off by 2 hours.
In my Date/Time settings I have both Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date/Time both enabled.
Thoughts?

Did you check Lock Screen/Info and Apps/Dual Clock and make sure the time zone is right?
