There's lots... I prefer go launcher but some ppl have trouble with it. The best advice I can give is try out several and see what suits your needs. For me I love the eye candy with go launcher. The transitions are cool and lots of cool themes too

ill second holo launcher and throw in nemus and zeam.

Stock if you want a decent launcher without and fancy stuff
Launcher Pro if you want some fancy features without over doing it
ADW if you want a lot of features, and don't mind some glitches
GO Launcher if you want as many possible customizations, but don't mind the memory/CPU usage

Yup, on CM7 I was ADW EX all the way. Customization was good but not so over the top that it got bogged down like 360 Launcher or Go Launcher do on our phones. I'm on Nova now though that I'm on ICS since it's crazy smooth and has the perfect amount of customization.

I, personally, prefer the plain old launcher2. It does its job, and does it well.

Launcher pro for the smoothest experience. Adw ex for the middle ground between smoothness and customisation

On gb I use launcher 2
Froyo I use stock
Jb I use apex

@KCLS, in Nova, how do you get your dock indicators to look so fancy? You have them at the top, or even the bottom sometimes

If you are a fan of the Windows Phone/Zune HD look, LauncherLi is perfect for you. Couple that with other apps intended to have the same look, your phone will feel completely different.

Everything is on the wallpaper. Icons, dock, background, indicators, everything. And then I set it all on there with MultiPicture Live Wallpaper. In my next deviantART post I'll actually be posting all of the resources I used to make my latest screen and instructions on how to do it. Keep an eye out on the Post Your screenshots thread, I'll probably post a preview today or tomorrow. The only thing I have left to do is transparent statusbar and MIUI v4 statusbar icons.

I use whatever I find, on CNA I use the stock CND laucher, on CyanMobile I use launcherpro, on GB I use either holo, Launcher2 or launcher pro, on cm9 I use a stock Gnex launcher
