Windows 10 Mobile ? You can try to create your Android into a windows mobile experience. There's an article here about it you can try to search for it.

That's what's great about Android... You can customize it how you like

Nope! But they show previous of how the theme would look on a phone, and it definitely looked impressive!

I think they are geared towards Huawei phones/phones running EMUI. But there are tons of other theme apps for pretty much any and every phone on the Play Store app!

Yeah plenty of themeing apps for all phones out there.though I use the default theme engine on my note 8
