Honeycomb on Nook Color

I have read several threads from last year on how to download Honeycomb on to the Nook. I easily rooted my Nook Color last year to Froyo. Now I want to go to Honeycomb. I read, re-read and followed the instructions for my SD card and when I get to here: "So download WinImage, and under 'Disk' choose "Restore Virtual Image to Physical Drive." Change the files shown at the bottom to "all files" and select the file.", nothing is in the box. My SD card is an 8G, FAT32, I have Windows Vista. Are there newer instructions, or what am I doing wrong?
