Honor 8 cases-covers-accessories?

Re: Honor 8 cases and covers?

That sucks. I can't tell clearly from the picture....is it glossy?

It's kind of glossy. It is really good for not having the Honor slide off a table. That's about it though. I kind of took a picture of it without the phone on it on this post.

I almost bought it, I am glad I did not. I like the Sparin case a lot better, the Terrapin TPU case is also nice. The only knock against the Terrapin case was the fact that it did not show off the phone!

Yeah flat pc would scratch easily.since case manufacturers will put small raised indents at each corner so the back won't touch the table, but that's not the case here

The Sparin cases are the best deal for the phone at the moment.
I thought the Sparin cover would be trashed in short order...not so as today!
Pretty tough stuff...

Nice!I will keep that in mind when I get mine. I hate it when a case looks beat up after a short time.makes the phone look old

This one does have a raised lip to keep the screen off surfaces when face down.
This will be my cover of choice even though it hides the look of the fine work on the back.

Re: Honor 8 cases and covers?

Is the back a grippy material?

Are those cables Benson approved?

Heck I have no idea...never heard of Benson Leung prior...wouldn't care anyway.
I just stick to better brands that I know with good support.
Aukey has very good support.

I'm not unfamiliar with cables and wiring since it was my job in a past life to test and rate RF conductors used in radio and radar emissions.

I would prefer Benson approved . even trusted brands can have problems.I believe that there was an issue with an Anker usb c cable.
