Photos look pretty good on both devices, but i think i would give the iPhone SE the win for those pictures.![]()
Thanks, I agree with you. Glad that it isn't that inferior. I am pleased with it, couch picture aside.

And it is important to consider all aspects, the 4" size is a non starter for most peopleThanks, I agree with you. Glad that it isn't that inferior. I am pleased with it, couch picture aside.
That's true. Honestly, I would love a smaller phone, like under 5" but not 4". I have been debating if I should stick with it, or go with the Honor. The Honor wins, because I get everything, size aside. It's still small for a 5.2" phone though. And it is important to consider all aspects, the 4" size is a non starter for most people

People who like the smaller phones are kind of rare.
I guess both are equal, the SE performed better in some picks, and the same goes to honor 8
Just curious... Which pix did you think the honor 8 did better, and vice versa?I guess both are equal, the SE performed better in some picks, and the same goes to honor 8
I think Honor wins tree and book shelf. The iphone blows out the whites too much in my opinion.
While I would agree that there is a bit too much white on the bookshelf picture, the detail once you zoom into Minnie makes the se the winner in my bookI think Honor wins tree and book shelf. The iphone blows out the whites too much in my opinion.
I think the H8 will always be held back slightly in low light due to its f2.2 aperture. The beauty is doing manual mode and extended exposures, etc. While this is not ideal for everyday shooting, it def allows you to deliver really nice low light shots with a little time and patience. I think for Auto mode, the H8 is right up there with the best cams out. Add the dual lens and ability to do bokeh, and it really shines.
Great comparison here. But now I want a Heineken. :/
The only one I think the SE won was the chair. In all others, it seems the SE's whites are a bit much.
I think in low light the iPhone SE is ahead. But in other scenarios the Honor 8 holds it's own. Of course, since this is an Android device, there is always Snapseed!
It is a nice device for the price for sure.
