Oh goodness I hope not. Honor is way past due releasing another honor model to the US I think. I don't know why but I seem to think we will get the honor 8 pro. It was just released April of 2017 so it's a very newly released phone with a 5.7 inch screen which would be awesome for media to have in rotation with the regular honor 8.Whatever it is, hopefully it's coming stateside as well. Are you in the UK?This is the announcement I've most looked forward to this year. I've become a big fan of honor and the design language over the parent company.
A small bezel honor phone might convince me to upgrade with the right specs, the mate 10 is nice but not for me. And it's a UK announcement!
Plus the Mate 10 is going to be really expensive. More so than the Mate 9 was. I think I read where it's going to be between $800 and $900 dollars. No way I'm spending that much on a phone after loosing my backside on the Samsung S8. I vowed I'd never buy a true flagship again. This is the announcement I've most looked forward to this year. The big question for those of us that live in the U.S. is whether or not Huawei will bring it here.
Wait I thought that you got a great deal when you bought the s8?Plus the Mate 10 is going to be really expensive. More so than the Mate 9 was. Well if you look at the source, it is a Chinese site.Interesting and it fits the hashtag on the invite. Still reads like speculation though.
Most definitely. Rumors look great. I just hope it works on Verizon. If this speculation is reasonably accurate about specs and price I wouldn't hesitate to make the purchase.
I got a deal but I still paid a lot of money though bc I got it when it was newly released then when I sold it the Note 8 was on the verge of release and I lost my back side on that phone and got burned. Another mistake I made is that I bought the regular S8 instead of the plus model. I believe had I had the plus I would not have lost as much as I did. It was a good phone and very fast with the 835 but the major reason I sold it was due to this crazy fad that is going on at the moment with all the major phone companies. They've all adopted the 18.9 inch screen ratio. I can tell you from experience that it is absolutely awful. The phone is way too narrow and a good bit taller. In fact that's all they are doing is taking away from the width and adding it to how tall it is. Watching a movie on that ratio is out of proportion badly. Even Huawei honor has adopted it in one of their mate 10 models I was not happy to see. The mate 10 pro version will have the non sense 18.9 inch ratio is where the regular mate 10 will keep the typical and much better proportioned 16.9 inch ratio. I believe it to be a two or three year fad as people will quickly grow tired of the way to skninny narrow screen that the 18.9 ratio offers.Wait I thought that you got a great deal when you bought the s8?
This sure is the biggest question. We might be lucky to see 7X but dunno but the Honor V10 aka Honor 9 ProWell, apparently it's the Honor version of the Mate 10: The Honor V10. Here are specs from GSM Arena:

Considering its the Honor brand. It'll be a great deal for the price. If this speculation is reasonably accurate about specs and price I wouldn't hesitate to make the purchase.
Ya.$$they got the Honor 8 Pro. I would have loved to have gotten my hands on that thing. I almost did a while ago. There was a developer who had one on ebay way back when. Perhaps should have hopped on it.Europe is the winner when it comes to honor phones.
