Hooking up my note 5 to my hdtv

I have a note 5 that I am trying to figure out how to hook it up to my tv. I do not have wifi at my house so I need something that doesnt require an internet connection, minus using hotspot to set it up if needed. I am aware that the note 5 can't use the MHL. Samsung says to use the Samsung HDTV smart adapter. Where in the world can I buy this at? Everything I am seeing on amazon is not compatible with my phone. Does anyone know where to buy this or an alternate method? Thank you
