Hope Jelly Bean fixes bugs

I'm waiting and hoping jelly Bean will fix the main problems I have with my GS3. One being that gapps error that comes and stalls my phone at least 3 times a day. The other is that my location services are real spotty and hardly work when I don't have my gps on. However my location is always working on the Google Maps app, just not when using the browser or any other apps.
