Well the iPhone battery usually is smaller. The great life they get is from software tweaks.

Forbes is about as reliable as the national enquirer when it comes to tech. Yes that's a typo.

True that no one can say for sure what the screen ratio will be... even though I think it makes sense to keep the ratio uniform across the board... I don't think anyone will argue that the Note 8 will be even taller than the S8+.

I don't care if it's a tad wider. I hate the idea of it being any taller.

I really shudder to think about next years models if they keep this trend of bigger.

It is. The screen is .1 inches bigger, which matches up with that sizing.

The Note should be bigger and taller imo. I'm happy with what I'm seeing. The Note was never meant to appease all tastes.

Very cool job. So the screen is basically similar in width (to the naked eye) as the S8+. Looks like 0.1" wider as someone had mentioned also. In this scenario it doesn't look that much taller than the S8+ either, since it's supposed to be 6.3" to S8+ 6.2". Boy are we splitting hairs?

I am on board with getting the Note 8 anyway. I think that camera is going to be something else. And the camera on my Note Edge suffers from the blurry-monster.

PS: if this image is true then I admit I was wrong assuming exact width, to the millimeter, between Note 8 and S8+. I was off by about 2mm.

PPS: I redid the image. Now you can see better the width difference, assuming that this comparison is actually accurate. Cause it can be just someone's imagination.

yeah, I'm not really a big fan of the TALLER phone. I prefer the N7 aspect ratio.
