Horizontal Lines in Camera App

Have an LG Optimus V with Cyanogenmod V7.2. Horizontal lines in the camera application have suddenly appeared. The lines do not seem to be random but some kind of 'grid line' that looks like musical bars (minus the notes).

The horizontal lines only appear in the camera app. I'm thinking I've pressed something I should not have. Just need to know how to disable these lines as I find them annoying.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

depending on what you are aiming the camera at,like a tv etc...youll notice bars across the screen. its refresh rate.
