I ran test to see what was causing waklocks. The app never sleeps. Once I removed it, my battery has been top notch. I love this phone now. Also go look in the reviews for the app in the play store. Youll see others are saying the same thing.
Been on live chat with Samsung support and they advised me to try a couple of things. I'd already cleaned the cache which made no difference then they suggested putting the phone in safe mode for 24 hours and see if the battery drain was the same or not. The battery drained the same amount so it's not an app I've added. So they're going to pick the phone up tomorrow and have one of their engineers take a look at it. I can't fault them for their speed of service and hope I get the phone back running the way it was after I'd had it about a week. It was just going through 3% over night then.
It looks like you have weak signal. Constant search for signal will drain your battery quickly. Also your Google play services percentage is pretty high. Mine hovers around 7%
If I only had this phone then perhaps that would be the issue however I have my near 4 year old Nexus 4 and it's on the exact same deal with the same carrier here in the UK, EE. They both sit on the same desk in my house and by my bed at night. When the S7 Edge has to go through this (100% battery > 50% > 96% > 7% > 100% > 8%) amount of charging in the same time the Nexus 4 goes from 100% - 1%, something is surely amiss.
Newer device, bigger battery, power saving features etc, it should be tanking the Nexus and the point is, it used to!
