I can NOT access "My Order Page", but OP keeps telling me that I must in order to CANCEL my order. I have tried Live Chat, Service Ticket, Facebook, texted them, but I can NOT get anyone to agree to my request to CANCEL my order. They all tell me to go to a web page that is BLANK. OP Customer Service has not attempted to fix "My Order Page" so that I can go there and CANCEL my order (placed yesterday.)
Customer Service has recommended that I wait the two week for OP to ship my OP3 and then refuse delivery.
Horrible, and totally inflexible. Why can't someone at OP CANCEL my order?
