I can NOT access "My Order Page", but OP keeps telling me that I must in order to CANCEL my order. I have tried Live Chat, Service Ticket, Facebook, texted them, but I can NOT get anyone to agree to my request to CANCEL my order. They all tell me to go to a web page that is BLANK. OP Customer Service has not attempted to fix "My Order Page" so that I can go there and CANCEL my order (placed yesterday.)
Customer Service has recommended that I wait the two week for OP to ship my OP3 and then refuse delivery. :(

Horrible, and totally inflexible. Why can't someone at OP CANCEL my order?

I had the same issue when accessing the Internet/Oneplus site with Firefox search engine. I switched to Internet Explorer and the website worked and I was able to access my account.

Try Chrome, I have had random pages that refused to load properly with Safari. To this day I still don't know why.

Brilliant! My under $200 Chromebook worked.
Thank you for the suggestion. OP3 Order Cancelled.
Now I can wait for the OP3T announcement.

Is the T going to be so much better?

Not really, according to this report of rumours from GSMArena, yesterday...

OnePlus 3T said to feature a Sony IMX398 sensor

"A new rumor now claims one of these upgrades will be a new Sony IMX398 sensor. It will likely power the improved 16MP snapper and probably accounts for some part of the $80 price hike."

"The Snapdragon 821 chipset is another notable improvement, although not a particularly major one, since it replaces the already capable Snapdragon 820."

"According to rumors, however, there might be a trade off to the new 3T model. It will likely come with an LCD panel, instead of AMOLED."

Personally, I would rather have the Optical Amoled screen than an LCD one any day and the other two, "features", are negligible. It will also require a separate firmware branch for the SnapDragon 821, camera and LCD screen and this in turn, could mean firmware development and update delays for this minority variant in future.

Methinks you need to change the thread title. ;)

Actually the the thread title is accurate. OP customer service(?) was no help at all. Kage on this Forum gave me the assistance that worked and several others made excellent suggestions. OP customer service advised me to just wait two + weeks and refuse delivery. Terrible advice IMHO.

In fairness to OnePlus, they are there to help with OnePlus problems and not for spurious issues with random OS and browser issues that are not anything to do with them. I feel that, under the circumstances, they gave the best advice possible.

They could've explained that does not work certain browsers. I also use safari on work PC and couldn't see info but chrome and ie worked OK.

A technical issue with the build of their site.

I'd be surprised if it came t
With LCD considering Lei said in recent interview that they will continue to use Optical Amoled.

Let's see.

Maybe the 821 is now as cheap at 820, or more readily available . Hence the upgrade. As a why not

The primary advantage to upgrading for OP, appears to be compatibility with new Daydream VR, which needs both Snapdragon 821 and Amoled display.

I expect the OP3T will have both. The rumor I find most attractive, is the possible upgrade to the new Sony IMX398 camera which is suppose to have an improved focus technology.

Announcement will probably be forthcoming in the next few weeks, and I will survive with my old and slow phone.

Nothing in these rumours of a possible OP3T have piqued my interest at the moment.

If these rumours stated the possibility of a 5.7 inch screen, SD card slot, 821 processor and better speakers.... It would get my attention 😊

I disagree. It is not their job to troubleshoot a customer's lack of computer literacy. All they can do is give the customer the info requested. If the customer has technical difficulties on their end, that is not their responsibility and is beyond the scope of their duties.

It could be something as simple as needing to clear the browser's cache. But if the customer doesn't know how to do that, the CSR may well not have any knowledge of the various browsers between Windows and Mac PCs and be unable to help nor should they be expected to..

The rumors DO indicate an 821.
