Horrible network speeds! I am wanting to root!!

Within the last few days my network coverage has been horrible. At my work I can usually surf the internet or navigate my thru tapatalk forums with little to no issue. But lately I cannot even hardly use tapatalk or the internet. It takes FOREVER to load if it even loads without error. Normally I can average 5-6 meg speeds but now I'm not even getting 1mb.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I think it time for me to root this phone. What is the easiest safest way to do this?

Root all you want, this is Verizon and their cr@ppy data network. I barely have any data at work and that is smack dab in the middle of the financial district in Jersey City, right across from WTC

I agree but at the same time I dont understand why all of sudden I am getting horrible service. Every now and then I can understand that but its days.

I am wanting to root for other reasons also. Getting rid of bloat ware and things like that.
