Seems weird, every time I reboot or shutdown my phone one of my hot seat icons seems to disappear.
Started happening more frequently after changing the standard DPI of the phone.
Any help, it may be caused by an app!?
Welcome to Android Central! You're talking about the Favorites Tray along the bottom of the homescreen, right? What phone do you have? If you don't have a Nexus 5 or Nexus 7, did you install the Google Experience Launcher (aka Google Now Launcher)? People have reported this issue when using the GEL on a non-Nexus device.
I don't use launchers, I have a GS3, and I changed the DPI through a system file.
Also I do have the Google Now Launcher pre-installed on my phone, should I try uninstalling it to see if it works!?
Got it fixed! I just changed the DPI to 272 and left it like that, now since that extra hotseat space is gone, the icons don't disappear.
All good here!
