Hotmail Push Email Issue - Jelly Bean

Hi,

I updated my GS3(Canadian GSM phone) to 4.1.1 2 weeks ago.

Since the update my hotmail is taking 10-15minutes to push an email that is sent to me.

I have tried the stock email app, hotmail app, outlook app and K9 mail app and none of them are pushing the email instantaneous.

When I was on ICS I never had this issue and it was pushing the emails right away.

If anyone has any issues on how to fix this, it would be appreciated.
