So i have a question, if i share my hotspot to my friend whose android phone has a virus. Will my N10+ get the virus too?

As they say, anything is possible. The good news is that virus would have to be so specifically coded to not only transmit, but then use an exploit that likely only works on your specific make and model phone without you knowing, that I'd say it's not any bigger of a concern than being infected through more traditional means.
