How can I boost sound for calls?

Sound boost for calls

Cannot find a way to default the sound boost option when on calls. The earpiece volume is just too low on my VZW Note 4. With the boost option is is tolerable. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I believe in lollipop it was removed I'm on Verizon as well

Is your call volume low when you use the earpiece? I use mine a ton and cannot believe how low the volume is. I have all the settings set at their highest level. Do any of the boost apps actually work?
