How can I burn a CD from my voice recorder on my Galaxy S6?

I make a recording for my choir, I download is successfully to my laptop, and play it from Windows Media Player (would not play in Itunes). I make a playlist in Mediaplayer, and attempt to burn a CD adding some other files created with music notation software. The files from the my phone voice recorder do not burn to the CD, but the other files do, so I know I've set the playlist up correctly. How can I get these voice recorder files to burn to a CD?

What's the file type of the voice recorder files? If it's not the same as the type of the files that do burn, get a conversion program (google <format you have> to <format you need>) and convert the voice recordings to a file type that will burn.

Or go to play store and download a voice recording app that saves the recordings in wav or mp3 format
