How can I change the message on my lock screen

My phone is an Android phone, and I can't seem to find the icon called lock screen anywhere. So I don't know how to change it.

Not knowing what device you have makes it difficult for us to give you exact steps. It seems like you want to change a message that appears before unlocking the phone. Some devices call this "owner information" and some actually call it a "lock screen message". On my Nexus 6P it's in Settings > Lock screen preferences. On my Pixel 2 XL it's in the same place.
