how can I change the way my call log is viewed, from dates to contacts

I have a samsung gaxaly S3 the call log is displayed by date. I would like to view it by contacts to see all the calls to & from each contact on 1 screen opposed to scrolling through each day looking for specific contact info

Welcome to Android Central!

You should be able to just click on the contact in the phone log and it should show all the times and dates you contacted that person.
