How can I completely wipe my phone?

how can i completely wipe my phone

ok so long story short I locked myself out of my note 5. couldn't remember my gmail pw so I just thought screw it ill just get it over with and factory reset which is what I had to do a couple months ago and it worked fine. so I do it and it reboots and asks me to log in to an account that was previously synced. so I try to log into the only 2 gmails ive ever had and it isn't having it. what do I do??? also when I did the reset there was a line in red that said error and something not being available
