How can I disconnect my different account on my Galaxy note 4 ?

Hi,

The LCD screen of my Galaxy note 4 is broken and I don't have the money to repair it (It's like 200$+ in Montreal). I want to sell it so someone can repair the screen and use it but all my account information are on the cellphone (Googe account, Facebook, etc...)

I want to know if there's a way to disconnect all my account(on galaxy note 4) from my computer or another cellphone (even better if I can factory reset it).
